The Eversons came up to Auckland the other week to play a show to celebrate the release of their debut album SUMMER FEELING.
Chris Young came up a day early but didnt have anyone to pick him up from the airport ‘cos his dad got stuck at work with something important, or something. So yeah, he tweeted asking for help and Cheese on Toast went to the rescue – but I took my video camera with me – so when I dropped him off at The Ghetto (Lil Chief HQ) we had a wee chat about the band and stuff … watch it here :

Its so refreshing to hear someone who can talk intelligently, interestingly and uncringly about their own music!
Especially with the anti-interview style of these videos its a relief to hear someone able to string some sentences together about their own music without me feeling uncomfortable for them.
