The event is totally free to all and everyone to attend. It kicks off at midday and will end at 6pm. It’s all ages, and there is no liquor ban at Silo Park (there is a dick-head ban, though).
Cheese on Toast’s head honcho Andrew Tidball (that’s me, I am writing about myself in the third person (what a dick)) announced last night on his radio show on 95bFM that the headline act will be RUBY FROST – ahead of the release of her long awaited debut album in early June.
But now we can reveal the fill line up as follows
This announcement officially makes the last weekend of this year’s New Zealand Music Month totally awesome-balls because the night before, or brothers and sisters at bFM are throwing their awesome Fancy New Band showcase for free at Kings Arms too – so the party can continue on the next day!
Bring jumpers, rugs, and maybe a thermos flask of something to warm your cockles; it gets chilly down by the water-side.
Also, collectively, can we all cross fingers for decent weather. There is no rain-date.
