URBANTRAMPER’s Internet Freedom Is Love album was released this week – you can stream it / buy it via their Bandcamp (below).
It features their alternative radio hit Kate Bush Saved My Life. It’s an album dedicated to the sharing of sentiment and ideas across distance; this is Urbantramper’s homage to the new poetics of wifi, email, and online chat.
I.F.I.L was recorded over the last 6 months in Wellington, Aotearoa NZ by Lake & Urbantramper. The album features performances from label mates: Brooke Singer (French for Rabbits), Kate Uhe (City Oh Sigh) and Timothy Blackman.
