The Vaccines have revealed details of their forthcoming sophomore album.
The new record is entitled The Vaccines Come Of Age and is out in NZ on August 31st. The The 11-track album was recorded at the ICP studios in Brussels and Distillery in Bath with producer Ethan Johns.
The lead single, No Hope, clocks in at just over 4minutes long which makes it one of the longest Vaccines songs – much of their bratty debut was around half that length, perhaps indicative of a more mature and considered follow up, as the album title also suggests, to What Do You Expect From The Vaccines.

The album will also be released as a deluxe 2 CD edition featuring 3 bonus tracks, Runaway, Possessive and Misbehaviour. The second CD features a recording of their recent live show at the Brighton Centre on May 7th 2012.
