Silver Scrolls short-list announced

The top five finalists for 2012′s Silver Scroll Award have been announced.They are

Opossom – ‘Getaway Tonight’ (Kody Nielson)

Annah Mac – ‘Girl In Stilettos’ (Annah Mac)

Lydia Cole – ‘Hibernate’ (Lydia Cole)

The Eastern – ‘State House By The River’ (Adam McGrath)

Lips – ‘Everything To Me’ (Stephanie Brown)

The shortlist was determined by votes from APRA members voted on the nominated ‘long-list’. The over-all winner will be decided by an anonymous panel before being announced at a ceremony on September 13, where the five short-listed songs will have cover versions performed by other APRA members.
