THE CHECKS have announced, this morning, via their Facebook that they have split.
They have posted two of three “parting gifts” already. The first is the third and final video from Deadly Summer Sway. Perfect Lover directed by Trophy Wife – you can watch it here :
The second is a steam and/or download of a previously unreleased song – Weather Rooster :
The third gift, at the time of publishing this news item had not yet been made available.
I remember the first time I ever saw The Checks, they were still at high school, they played a bFM Xmas Breakfast show hosted by Hugh Sundae at The Odeon Lounge and I seriously got chills run down my neck. They were amazing.
