Further to my post about the new Theatre Mode at Vector Arena – the first act to perform in this new configuration at Vector Arena will be Twelve time Grammy Music Award winner and country music icon Emmylou Harris with her band the Red Dirt Boys.
Following on from the Australian leg of her 2012 tour with band the Red Dirt Boys, Emmylou promises to perform selections from her wealth of original material as well as beautiful interpretations of some of music history’s most classic songs.
The show will be seated in the 1500-3000 capacity Theatre Mode at Vector on Sunday 18 November.
Members of The Gunslingers Ball will open the show – an array of well-known artists from bands The Bads and The Grifters, as well as Tami Neilson, the group will perform collaborations of their combined original material.
