NZ on Air’s September Making Tracks funding decisions were published today.
NZ On Air will fund 23 new music projects from this round; selected from a field of 123 applications, up slightly on the 111 applications in the August round. Nine projects have been awarded $10,000 grants for recording and music video production; and 14 were awarded $6,000 each for music videos only.
This brings the tally up to 395 projects funded since the Making Tracks scheme was launched in July last year (from 1,552 applications).
