On the back of the release of their sophomore album Modern Love, Kids of 88 announce a three date tour with Loui The ZU in support.
This November the duo hit the proverbial road (I bet they’re flying, really) – to play dates in christchurch, Wellington and Auckland. They’re taking Loui the Zu – recently nominated for the NZ Music Awards Critic’s Choice Award – along with them for the ride (and making him play support, too – it’s not like a free ride).
The last time KidsOf88 went out on the road nationally was on a co-headline tour with The Naked And Famous in September 2010. From there they went on to scoop up both Single of The Year and Music Video of The Year at The New Zealand Music Awards, soon afterwards heading off on a world tour across Australia, The UK, America and Europe, where they toured with pop superstar Ke$ha. Yes – TIK-MUTHAFUCKING-TOK Ke$ha! Holy shitballz aye?!
