Christchurch’s Annemarie Duff aka MMdelai has been signed to San Deigo based record label Bleeding Gold Records to release a 10″ vinyl EP on 14 January 2012.
She’s released the first single, Hours, from the EP digitally as a stream and/or free download if you like. Fans of her earlier work (Cheese on Toast is) won’t be disappointed in the slightest – with equal measures of shimmer and pulse. Annemarie’s ethereal high-end voice joins glistening synthy chimes; while everything is grounded with a solid-as baseline and driving rhythm.
