Let’s get amongst 2013 the way we mean to go on shall we?

UNKNOWN MORTAL ORCHESTRA are in town this week – they played in Wellington’s Bodega on Friday night (Wellington readers – why not leave a comment here telling us how the show was if you went?!). Their new album II is due out in February – we have an advance copy of it here at Cheese on Toast mansion and it’s just flippin’ awesome. Very very excited to see these songs live (plus, of course old faves from the first album, I am sure!)

And then, they are also playing support for WEEZER – oh-my-flip-yeah! WEEZER are playing the entire Blue album plus a generous dollop of other Weezer hits this Friday night at Auckland’s Vector Arena

Hip-hop heads have been getting ape-shit crazy excited ever since they heard that ACTION BRONSON was playing two NZ shows – and finally; the week is upon us/them! The ex-chef larger than life rapper from Flushing, Queens is playing at Auckland’s Galatos on Thursday night and then at San Fran Bath House in Wellington on Friday. The awesome Homebrew are supporting both shows.
