CLAP CLAP RIOT have announced release their long awaited debut album entitled Counting Spins on June 15 through Clap Clap Records, distributed by Universal Music NZ.

The man credited with basically inventing the Washington Go Go sub-genre, Chuck Brown has passed away, aged 75. He died in Washington, where he’d recently been hospitalized for pneumonia.

The Official Cheese on Toast New Zealand Music Month Showcase – at Silo Park
Cheese on Toast is super-excited to announce it’s own NZMM Showcase – happening at Silo Park on the last Saturday of May – the 26th – as part of the Silo Sessions series of free shows.
