CLAP CLAP RIOT have announced release their long awaited debut album entitled Counting Spins on June 15 through Clap Clap Records, distributed by Universal Music NZ.

Cheese on Toast is super-excited to announce it’s own NZMM Showcase – happening at Silo Park on the last Saturday of May – the 26th – as part of the Silo Sessions series of free shows.
The event is totally free to all and everyone to attend. It kicks off at midday and will end at 6pm. It’s all ages, and there is no liquor ban at Silo Park (there is a dick-head ban, though).

TOY LOVE at Number 11 in NZ Top 20 Album Chart

TOY LOVE Live At The Gluepot has debuted (and presumably will disappear just as quickly) in the NZ Top Twenty at Number 11.

The album was a special vinyl only limited edition of 400 copies sold only at Real Groovy in Auckland to celebrate Record Store Day on April 21st. Real Groovy reported that all the copies of the record were sold on that weekend. Which, perhaps, is just a little telling about the NZ album charts if selling 400… [More...]
